Hello, are you talking about a clone of your hard drive?
If so, there is software out there that can 'clone' your installation to another hard drive so that you don't need to install all of the programs.

I believe they are referring to a windows which runs directly off of a cd, without the need of loading from the hard drive.
There are programs available to do this, but they limit the XP significantly. If i come across one i'll let you know.
