Linksys to Linksys

I've just got 2 wrt54g's and want to set a wireless network up - me and neighbour

he's getting one of the linksys' and I have the other - we both have modified Galaxy / austar antennas pointing to each other, good clear line of site (got a wireless card to see my puter) so the antennas work - line of site is good. I would like to know how to get the linksys wrt54g to talk to the other.
