latitude/d620 is not power
 

my latitude/d620 was shot dawn while am working on it, and i tried to on it is not power. please help:(:(:(

hi jeff2004,

try disconnecting it from the charger, then remove the battery for 20 minutes, and then try powering on the laptop.

in case the problem still persists, we can try more troubleshooting afterwards :)

thank you very much for your concern, but i've remove the the battery and disconnect the charger and i even remove the motherboard and wash but i've couple it back. thank you very much for your respond
