My computer has a 10 100 1000 ethernet card it is connected to a 22 meg connection and only gets 3.93 mb sec same speed it got on 12 meg connection when the tech from comcast hooked his laptop up it ran almost 30 megs what could keep my computer at a four meg cap?

Have u checked with your service provider?
