Have you ever felt that you want to throw out your PC because you cannot fix an error that pops up every time you use it? It is probably time to ask for help. And to do this, you can use the Windows Remote Assistance which gives you the ability to allow another person to access your PC even if that person is far away from you.
Sessions by Windows Remote Assistance are secure since they are encrypted and password protected. Invite your friend through an invitation by email or IM. Once connected, your can both simultaneously view your computer and discuss what you can do about it. Your friend can even access your files and use the mouse and keyboard to work with you and show you what to do.
Just go to Start, then enter in Remote Assistance on the Search Box, then click on Windows Remote Assistance. Enter the email of your friend when prompted and you are off to having help for your computer.
