Sir
i have a 80gb hard disk in which i had created 6 ntfs partitions and installed windows and now i want to install ubuntu means just ubuntu not along with windows so is it possible that i format just the drive contains windows files and install ubuntu on it and i can use ubuntu to open the other drives as it opens in live edition
please help
ubuntu can have issues reading ntfs sometimes, but I do not see why not. If your computer has a cd drive, it should be as simple as booting the live version, formatting the drive and running the installation.
