Install application on ubuntu
 

Sir,
I'm using ubuntu since from few days but i am not able to install applications please send me a detailed description about the installation of applications

for example
in the follwing site i found links for Peazip software in different linux versions so
in case if i got such different linux links then which mirror i have to choose and also how can i install it in please help me....
