the scan just makes sure that the core of your program(s) are intact and of a proper version. A half hour seems long, though with the number of issues you have posted lately and the number of times it checks for the xp cd, it might be ok. (mine took less than 10min)
It does not display anything, as it will automatically correct any serious issues.
The 2 values the 0x07... are offsets into the stack of the memory used by IE, one instruction called another instruction (a jmp, or call), in which the instruction does not exist (either a NOP instruction or beyond the stack).
It can happen in any program IE is not perfect (are you using IE7 beta 1? - it has more than enough errors)
When did this error occur? upon starting IE or closing IE or while browsing? did any specific action cause it?
