HP G72 bios update Hi, I updated my bios on my HP G72 laptop cause it was supposed to fix a pointer problem. During the updating from the HP web site doing the F35 update the laptop quit. All I get now is a flashing start button. I need information how I might fix this. I cant find a reset on the motherboard and have already tried taking out the cmos battery. thanks |
Hello. That sounds like a small catastrophe! If you have corrupted your bios the computer doesn't have the information it needs to load the necessary data into you hardware and start the pc. Do you have a floppy drive? In fact can you post the make and model number? I'll take a look and see what you can do. Martin |
