hp 702a can not reinstall me
 

we got a hp 702a rebuilt 2yr ago and he put in a clone xp on drive h.had win98 running on drive c.a virus got in so i was trying to put back in xp .but a file is missing ntldr for win 98.now trying just to install win me so i can get on line and up grade .computer is in safe screen right now and will not let me do anything .can i put in ME. on this computer
