How to test internal modem
 

How can you check to see if your internal modem is working if you can't access the internet? I pray the Blessings of God will pour lout on all who read this message! Even if you don't know the answer!! PS The operating system is XP Pro

Click on control panel

click on Hardware

click on Device Manager

scroll down to +Modem and click on it

Your Modem should be displayed by model - if not, the system does not detect your modem

click on Diagnostic - this should run a test on your modem and give the results of the tes.
