Unhappy How to restore my computer?


Can you tell me how to reset my computer back to it original state. Will this correct some of my problems? I can't get onto internet explorer. I keep get error message 403.

you must tell us what computer that you are using and the model. Each computer uses different means to restore and we will have to research how to do yours.

trouble My computer


I'm not fast with the computer and don't understand all the terms, so please explain as you go. My computer is a Compaq Presario 2500. I'm using windows xp home and I believe its 2003.

I need more information...
is this a laptop or desktop?
Look on the computer and see if there is a letter along with the 2500 or is it a 2510 or any other model numbers listed.

on those computers there is a built in system restore thing and i believe you have to press f8 or f9 to get to system restore when the computer is starting up. Just turn on or restart your computer and on the black screen press f8 or f9 and follow instructions to restore your coomputer
