how to reset power on password

hi,
i have a hp 6720s laptop and it is asking for power on password and my client cannot remember the password.please assist.

hey man , you will need to wipe the cmos of the laptop , hope this is of some assistance to you. this will clear the power on password , which i am presuming is in the bios settings.
