How to speedup XP-sp-2 Bootup problem

All are fine, and now my PC bootable but TOO slow to show logon account. It take almost 4 minute to display before I can log in.

What is the problem and how to solve this ?

You need to tell us the spec of your rig before we can really help you.
A slow bootup could be one of a hundred things.....
