i have a laptop that only has a floppy
and i have looked & looked & can't find S*** can any one help me?

at the top of the page is the Tutorials....look there as there is step by step plans for doing it without CD or Floppy.

The short answer is no
You may be able to download the files for a boot disk for a windows 98 but other than that you can't do too much with a floppy these days as far as microsoft operating systems is concerned
