How to install windows with usb flash drive

hello Friends Please I have this small laptop that doesn't have a cd rom drive, please how can I install windows xp on it using usb flash drive

Does the laptop support booting from a usb drive? If it doesn't, you can use this tutorial instead:

If it does support usb installation, then I would recommend the WinToFlash software. It is easy to use and handles making the drive bootable using a source OS folder on your computer.
