How do I compile em486

Hello all,

While searching for a 80486 emulator I came across em486.
The app is avail. at SourceForge.net: 486 emulator
It comes in a .zip file which contains serveral folders and several files
How do I compile this so I can use it?

One of the files should be the installer.
