My laptop has 64-bit OS Vista, is there anyway I can download Eudora 5.1
(which apparently is only running on 32-bit)?
I did adjust the DEP but no luck.

I wouldn't. While one may be able to install it under a compatibility rule in Vista and get it to run even though there is not a Vista Version. But there is no 64 bit version and I think the headaches will be more than you would want to deal with.
