Help!!!!!!
 

I am trying to get into control panel....etc but everything i try to open wont work.....I click on it and all the icons dissapear then come back...I have rebooted several times and in safe mode...and nothing has happened...I have restored it also to an earlier time and this has fixed it for a while then its back again...I have all the latest anti virus and spyware removals...I have also downloaded the sysinternals....but I dont know what to do next....Can anyone HELP ME?????

Do a Virus and spyware scan and send me the results. Make sure you update all your MS patches. Microsoft Windows Update

There is one way to tell whether everything is working normally. Either you boot into safe mode and access the event viewer program via administrative tools to see if you are getting errors during bootup or when running your windows.

Did the butler do it? Just what became of this issue...was it resolved? ...how?
