Monitor Zlob

Hello, I can't see anything in your log. What symptoms are you getting and how do you know that it's Zlob?

Regards

Martin

Default Zlob

Hi Martin;
Thank you for responding.
One of these problems is a program called-
Zlob DNS changer. Among others that start with the word Zlob??

These are zip files that somehow got into my C files.
I delete them but they keep coming back?

I get rid of it through SpyBot but it keeps comming back.
There are other programs that are closing down my computer then, getting me to re-boot.

Man, I can't figure it out??
Also whatevers going on is slowing down processors.

Bug Zlob DNS Changer Removal

For Zlob DNS Changer, go to your internet connections and go to the properties of any connections you have. For the TCP\IP connections settings, make sure the 'Obtain DNS Servers Automatically' is selected.

Run your spyware removal software.

Then go to Start>Run>Type in 'CMD' and press enter>Then type CD\ and press enter>Then type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.

Open up your system restore settings and disable system restore on all if your drives and then enable them again.

Re-start your PC and run your anti-spyware again.

For any other virus' post the files and names in your next post.

Download this: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sys...***plorer.mspx

I might need you to look for any out of place .dlls if you're still having problems.

Regards

Martin

Default Zlob

Hey Martin;
Good on Ya!
I have got rid of three Trojans, all of which were disclosed
as Zlob etc. etc.

Now, I have purchased Norton 2007 upgrade and since then my Microsoft Outlook e-mail program is corrupted?
Since this install, I'm getting all sorts of code and trash in my e-mail. Needless to say, I don't open any of it but it is frustrating to say the least.

Did a full system scan through Norton and the scan tells me everything is OK!?? It is not!!
e-mail program is extemely slow, waiting time between in box, out box, delete, etc. etc. is now rediculous!

What have I done ,what can I do??
I am so frustrated with this computer, and I certainly don't like the new Norton program.
Thanks BIG TIME Martin

Windows Outlook Express Running Slow

No problem! I'll get back to you shortly, in the meantime run an anti-spyware and adware scan for me and see if anything comes up.

Regards

Martin
