I have a Fatal Exception Error "explorer caused an invalid page fault in module SHDOCVV.DLL at 0161:7170c2ff. Also says something about stack dump.

I have windows 98 and was up and running and thought I needed windows 2d but found out it was already on the computer. I think this caused the problem.

I need to reload or reinstall I guess but do not have a disk and do not know how to use F8 key and how to delete windows directory and add cabs

Someone please tell me step by step what I am to do.
