trouble Help Blue Screen


Every time I shut down computer or reboot the dreaded blue screen comes up. Can anyone help? I have already gotten rid of viruses, computer is clean.

Kindly reconnect all hardware components if still problem comes than u have to formate your system with windows.

could you give us more information on the 'blue screen' there are many errors which create this error, most are fixable, without formatting. This should usually be saved as a last resort.
The name of the error, error code, etc, as much information as you can.

If the issue is after clicking reboot or shutdown it could be related to many applications, perhaps you can find something in the system or application event logs?

(Right click My Computer from the desktop and select manage to get there.)

Look for errors you find there and perhaps post them here along with the blue screen error.
