Pen-drives and Flash-drives are used extensively for small manual data-transport. But these are also the greatest threat to your computer. These devices are one of the main mode of virus and malware transportation. They should be handled very carefully otherwise your system is in danger.
Whenever you have to import some data to your computer through these devices make sure you follow the following steps
1. Inject the Pen-drive to USB port.
2. Don’t open it or stop auto-play.
3. Always open it through exploring. Right-click on the icon and click explore.
“Explore” prevents viruses, malwares and other harmful things from getting out of the drive. Scan the device properly to make your system safe and secure.
