I just want to say thanks for all the time you all devote to getting all this info out to us who don't have the Ability and/or Time to do the extensive research that you do. I was kind of Leary about the"Free USB" and was not surprised no one actually got one. So thanks bunches and may your dog hunt and your cow give milk. As Sami stated, the offer expired Mar 31 2006.

I know several people in the US who received this usb drive from Microsoft, they said it was a 32 meg capacity drive.

So really you never missed out on much free or otherwise...

It's probally had it, they give up after so many read and writes. You can pick up 4 gig flashdrives for $20.00 here in Oz so they're cheap to replace ...
