I Forgot My PassWord On My LapTop[Windows 7] & My Account Is The Admin & I Was Wondering If It Was Possible To Reset It Back To Factory Settings. Where I Could Then Get On It & It Be Like Brand New So I Could Pick A PassWord I Would Remember WithOut Having To Send It AnyWhere So I Don't Get In Trouble.

youre going to get into trouble for forgetting your password? surely someone must know the password, as its on windows 7 it cant be that old! alternatively you could try using ophcrack. (can i mention that?) its possibly the easiest one to use. hope that helps.

We have no way to know this is really your laptop, wanting to reset it and change the administrator password does sound a tad suspicious.
