Firefox Extentions
 

Hi Everyone,

My wife is having a problem on her computer with Firefox and I am at a compete loss as to what to do about it. The problem is that most of her extensions, especially tab customizations, won't work. Neither doe IE tab. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Now, we are also having trouble with tool bars. I have tried cleaning out the other application and profile files but I may be missing some.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

Uninstall Firefox, then delete the profile folders C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Application Data\Mozilla.

Then start again fresh with the latest version of Firefox and the extensions that you use...

If you want to keep your bookmarks you can save the bookmarks.html file then after you re-install you can just overwrite the new bookmarks file with your original. Also you can use the bookmarks manager to export/import them.
