Files Download and Opening Them
Downloaded a file. A short cut icon was left on screen. Clicked to open it. A rectangular gray box appeared: File Download, Name, Type, From:C: Documents and Settings/Administrator/Desktop and buttons: Open, Save and Cancel.
Clicked 'Open' button and nothing happened.
Clicked 'Save' button and nothing happened.
There is 1.75 GB of 'free' disk space.
I am not well versed in computer matters.
Kindly help me.
