ok youve doon all you can with hardware within your budjet to speed up your computer know you need to speed up but software, in winodws a fresh install, anti-mal, anti-spy, anti-ad, anti-vir, all anti suff run them, then go yp the hardrive properties then cleap up from there, then get a software called clean up
(search on google for it), this deletes all tmp and useless files win makes, then thats within m,y knowlegde how can i make my internet faster and my computer , i have been asked this mnay times but thats the ony answer i can give, btw NTL cable internet always seem to get slow after a while.

I think Windows also has one like that, which is called Disk Cleanup.
