I know this sounds like kind of a dumb question, but I really don't know. Are there any DVD Burners that will also play DVDs? I know the answer is either obviously yes or obviously no. But this is the Internet, so I don't need to feel shamed. I'm talking about a DVD Burner that is built into the computer (aren't they all, though?). Hope I get a response soon...

All DVD Burners play DVDs.

And not all DVD Burners are built into PCs. Excluding external DVD burners (meaning they connect to a PC externally through a USB/Firewire/Parallel connection), there are a great ammount of stand-alone DVD burners that are meant to be integrated into a Home Theatre system.
