Downloaded data in Office2007.

I have activated Office 2007 yesterday. Now while downloading data from Stock Exchanges - which is in the form of OPEN HIGH LOW CLOSE VOLUME format covering 10 rows altogether, gets installed in the first cell of the Sheet. Let, all the data lands in the Excell sheet in cell B5. These should be covering total 7 adjacent columns and 10 subsequent rows. Any suggestion please.
