I disable regsvr from msconfig startup , but on every statup system gives a meesage "............regsvr....file or path not found............." how can i permanently remove it from msconfig starup or from system

Re-enable regsvr in msconfig, then you will not get the messages.

Leave well alone when you do not know what you are doing...

If you are trying to get rid of a virus run your update virus scanner.
Also you can remove it manually.
Do a search for regsrv.exe virus. I am not totally familiar with this one so do a little research because it may be called by different names.
