Difference between Last Know Good Configuration and System R

Difference between Last Know Good Configuration and System Restore ?

So what is it actually, Ive always wondered about it! :(

System restore resets all system values to Windows default
Last Know Good Config sets all values back to the last known good configuration (ie before u had ur last blue screen of death)
