Desktop management system

Hello all,

I am looking for a desktop management system which should be very
user-friendly. We would prefer a open-source software for that for further
customization. Any help regarding this would be great.

Now all my problems got solved. paragent is very good and serves better for our firm. Among all i like remote desktop management system provided by them. Its simply awesome.
