Dell M90 wont start
 

Hi i have a Dell M90, Vista. i did a hardware test all passed I shut down the restarted the next day but it would not start it doesn’t get to POST, it start then stops. I have taken the HDD out no joy, but the hard disk is fine, I put another HDD in no joy, im thinking the test could have reset something what can I do?
