No doubt some of you have read the problem I and another
has had accessing some government sites. (ref:http://www.syschat.com/help-i-can-no...cess-1905.html)
Well it turned out that Name Server= 82.255.116.77 was configured somehow into my computer. The name Server was wrong and was not configured at this end.

Anyone care to comment on what may have happened??
I really don't "need" to know but I thought it might be interesting.

This was due to your pc was infected by a trojan called
Trojan.Win32.DNSChanger.hk, Win32/Small.FB

a new culprit is a mail-attachement called:

PayPal-2.5.200-MSWin32-x86-2005.exe

so careful what you click and keep your protection up-to-date!
