hai , i m having winxp in my laptop, suddenly i came to know that my hard disk is locked my other program, and it can not be defragmented now. my laptop is not connected with internet. plse give me suggestion to solve the problem.

hello, what do you mean your hard drve has locked a program? Please leave details of the program and what happens when you try to start the program.
