clean install failed!!

o.k so ive now lost all my photos and files saved on my pc,
Everything is reset to factory settings and yet my drive e still isnt working!!!
any ideas please

saira35, I would like to think it could be a driver problem... you may want to visit your pc manufacturer's website to see if there are any specific drivers files meant for your drive... I hope it works..
