For me it messed up, and said my video and processor didnt have supporting drivers.

Ive heard u should not allow .exe to run directly on your pcs for security purpose, Id rather not take the risk of clicking on the link and take unnecessary risk... If u have a good antivirus, everything will just be fine!

You urself said that it is saying stuff that isin't correct, and which could also mean that it could make ur comp go wrong, so i dont think it is such a good idea to download or install it. Sorry man.

Why not test it with a well-known program like 3dmark or something similar?

3dmark and PCmark are softwares that benchmark your computer. They are very popular among game players to test their videocards.
