CD Rom Not Showing in bios

Hi i have recently bought samsung NP350-V5C-S01IN- 64 bit, i3-2.4 Ghz, 4 GB RAM, 750 HDD Sata2, 1 GB AMD RADEON Graphics with Win 7 HB. i have two major prb, one is i format the machine as it had no partition, so i used the windows XP which i had made 4 partitions, Then i installed Win7 also... everything worked fine. now i want to install win 8 64 bit, but i saw no CD ROM support in bios... so i tried to see it & reset the options in bios ..but now when the system boots it doesnt show f2 for advance bios or f4 for recovery... nor f8 is working..how to reset the whole thing...?please help.
