Please help I have problems installing Microsoft office enterprise 2007 and ms office 2003 on my system.each time it gets to a particular stage, it says an internal error occured. specifically, the 2003 version gave me this error among others. "Error 1305. Setup cannot read file D:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\MEDIA\CAGCAT10\J0183290.WMF; Check your network connection or, if you are installing from a cd rom, be sure that the cd rom is the. click retry or cancel to stop the installation." please any advice on what I could do to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. thanks in anticipation

Another suggestion is to Clean Boot the system. The Windows OS will only load basic services and devices when a clean boot is executed. To clean boot the system, click START > RUN > type msconfig > OK. Click GENERAL tab > Selective Startup. Under Selective Startup uncheck the following: Process SYSTEM.INI, Process WIN.INI, Load Startup Items. Within the services tab, click Hide All Microsoft Services > Disable All > OK. Restart the PC.
