cannot connect to internet
 

hi there, I'm having probs getting my laptop to connect to the net. I have a d-link router, which was working fine, until we got TWC roadrunner. We did have bellsouth. Now, my laptop can't find my network. I don't see it on my list, but do see d-link as a network, but unsecured. I connected to it, but it is a local connection only. Please help...my dad will be coming in town and needs to connect for work. Any info would be appreciated.
