Boot prob.
 

Hello,
My system is stuck in a 'boot-loop'.
System will post, begin to boot with 'Win Xp' turn off and start all over again.. Hows come?

sounds like a memory issue to me (RAM specifically), a corrupted or somehow damaged dim or stick can cause this error.

If it's not the RAM...

This can often be caused by a boot sector error on the hard drive. Viruses can cause this, as well as some software bugs, particularly those from bypassing software security and anti-piracy.

You're windows XP boot files could also be corrupt.
