Bios, "Advanced".> "Configure SATA" Jan 4, 2010 4:54 PM Hi All I have a Gateway GT 5040 Computer with an > 106007 - Intel (Cortez G2) 945G Viiv Motherboard In the Bios (press F2) during Boot, > second page "Advanced" the subheading > Drive Configuration the Fourth selection is: > Configure SATA as, the options are: [ IDE] [RAID] [AHCI] The existing one was [RAID] Which one should I Use? and Why? Thanks P.S. I noticed that formatting did all the drives at once and lost my other drives data. P.P.S. Will this motherboard and Windows XP natively support drives over 137 gigabytes? Thanks Again!
