I've tried some other's, but the one I really like and is fast compared to some others is :) http://www.teamviewer.com :) , the nice part is that the FREE version is pretty much very/fully functional. There is "paid" version(s) that have some more bangs and whistles, but I think one could go without because the FREE one has many features.

I will not use any other remote support/control software.
