Best AMD to overclock now?

I have never really been a big overclocker. I have dabbled with it in the past, and even messed around with some component overclocking at various points. I know the last time I was looking around at overclocking AMD chips the barton chips were the best ones to be looking at in terms of overclocking. With a new generation of chips and motherboards, what is the consensus sweet spot for overclocking.

Is there a specific AMD chip that is able to be reliably overclocked as opposed to others? What current motherboards are considered the best in terms of easily allowing and managing overclocking for the AMD chipset?
