AVG Email Certification

I have AVG Internet security v9, I use microsoft Outlook 2007, it works fine and when I receive an email at the bottom it gave me a certifcation notice. I have downloaded outlook 2010 and cannot get the notices to work. I have checked my email plug in AVG and it says Microsoft Outlook. Tried email option in advance settings of AVG and all is well. But still no certification. Can someone help please.
