Automatic Updates Question
 

Hey guys, i was wondering if it was possible to download all the updates i need for my comp using automatic updates, but without having to restart the comp after a update. I would like to do this for microsoft/windows update also. Thanks for any feedback.

No can do. Windows updates, in general, require reboots. Even though auto updates does allow you to download them in the background, a lot of em don't take effect until you restart your computer.

You don't have to restart, but as javester said they will not take effect until you do, plus windows will continue to annoy you every 15-30minutes about having to restart.
