Audacity timed recording
 

I'm using Mac with Lion OS. I wish to use the Audacity Timed Recording option, and find that it works fine. I am recording streamed radio broadcasts. However, I find that if for example I cough during the recording, that is also recorded! The input setting is 'Internal Microphone' which seems to be needed for my purpose. Any solution to this?
