I posted a reply to the request for a shot of the microphone tab but I don't see it, that was Friday anyway here it is again. Once that mic screen opened I clicked on turn off acoustic echo or something like that and a message popped up saying I had to mute two of the things in the Mixer tab so I did that and it seems to have helped. There's no way to tell now cause I don't have a file I recorded when it sounded awful but it definately went in the right direction changing that setting. It kinda sounds a little sharp or tinner but I think it's back to normal recording. If not, I will be back.. LoL Thanks for helping me out.. Best from CiTiBoY

Sorry I could reply sooner. Yes, the noise suppression could have been messing up things. Glad it seems to be working now.
