Hi i know this could be an outdated question,
but being a novice in computer/NB h/w, i would like to know which CPU is better
AMD Turion 64X2 or the Intel Core 2 Duo in turn of overall performance, and also for work related performance such as doing programming , offices application and etc..

Hello, I haven't really looked at these new processors so I can't really say much about them. I've heard in the past that AMD had a bit of a reputation for being good for gaming because they handled overclocking better than Intel. Only other thing I can say would be to keep looking at as many reviews as you can.
